I first started doing business with BCA in February, 1981 when I started my own law office after having practiced as an associate in a Boston law firm for 7 years. I needed a copier, contacted BCA and a young salesman named Bill Horrigan was dispatched to my office for a presentation. Bill was persistent (a job requirement for a salesperson) and really knew his stuff.
I decided to give BCA a chance and they came through. As my firm grew and my needs expanded BCA was the company that I'd call for copiers and fax machines. Their products performed well and their service was first-rate.
Now, 26 years later, I still find myself calling Bill Horrigan (who now OWNS the company) any time I have a need for products that BCA sells and services.
